Space and time – The Skytrain frontier.

On the Vancouver Skytrain there really is such a thing as space and time.  Depending on the time you get more or less space.  There is a pretty clear relationship between space and time on the Skytrain.  I know physics has always been hard for normal people.  But if a Redneck like me can figure this out I am sure the rest of you should have a shoe-in.  This doesn’t seem to be the case though so I will elaborate.

When you ride the Skytrain during peak times expect to go nut-to-butt with people.  People you don’t know, people you don’t like.  People that stink.  Sticky people.  All types will be there and you will be touching them.

If you don’t like it, ride the Skytrain some other time. Because when you are standing in an aisle blocking people at the door from entering further into the train you are STEALING space from other people.  You selfish bastard.

I don’t know who you are.  Maybe all the angry Asian looks haven’t deterred you but I am pretty sure you don’t want an angry redneck yelling at you. So suck it up and touch the persons around you so I can pry someone’s briefcase out of my crotch and get my foot out of the door.

So that’s my lesson in physics: Space and Time.  If you want more space ride at a different time otherwise move into the aisles, so people at the door can breathe.
